<p>Pictured here is the newest hoop house, and the beds of Tiger, Pinto and Black beans. Have you ever eaten these fresh from the plant? Delightful! So much better than canned or dried from the grocery store. I had an earlier crop, but without the tulle, and the hens just loved the tender, new leaves. Lesson learned.</p>
